I am a retired teacher on a pension and my best friend’s husband introduced me to KT and ADVANCE AUTO WORKS in Palo Alto. I have a 2014 Nissan Sentra which, of course, had no type of backup camera or Apple Maps system. KT installed an Alpine system a year ago and it was working great up until a couple of weeks ago. I took it in to KT and they gave me a loaner car while they spoke with the company to find out what was going on. He drove my car down to South San Jose to the Alpine company office AND instead of having to wait 2 weeks to repair the faulty system I had (their first suggestion) he asked them to give me the newest upgraded version!! Just picked up my car from ADVANCE MOTOR WORKS garage this afternoon and the system works great! KT and gang went above and beyond and I appreciate them!! Nice to know of an honest and trustworthy group of car mechanics/engineers! They have my business forever!!

My car was making an unusual noise right before I wanted to take a trip to the beach. My usual mechanic was four days out. I contacted KT, his team was able to look at it and give me an accurate assessment. I will use Advanced Motorworks in the future.

I almost feel like hiding this place from others because I don’t want them to get too busy! KT’s service and car care is outstanding. The guys at Advanced Auto Works do their job well, without any upselling, any fuss. Our family takes all our cars to them for maintenance, repair, as well as insurance related work. 5 stars!
